A video has been making rounds on social media in which the famous death announcement reader Jjemba is seen chilling with the big boy Gravity Omutujju.
Although it seems like the video simply features Jjemba reading his announcements as usual while Gravity stands by and anticipates the news where he is granted heir status to the deceased’s property, the video is actually more than it seems.
Turns out the video is actually used as an introduction into a new song that shall soon be released by gravity which also features the famous dance group classic dancers Ug and goes by ‘classicdancersug’ on Instagram.
The song is titled “tusimbudde” which actually explains the reason as to why Jjemba ends his lengthy announcement with “tusimbudde” a common phase among the youth that can loosely be translated as “we have set off.”
Furthermore, the song also features killer dance moves from the classic dancers with a wonderful video quality which explains the reason as to why you should not miss out on the video and ensure that you have watched it.
It has become a trend among Ugandan musicians that they use clueless trending Ugandans to promote their music and capture the attention of Ugandans inevitably in so doing.
Prior to this, Pia Pounds used MC Africa to promote her “tupaate” song to a point of making a remix that also included BET award winning star Eddy Kenzo. Looks like Gravity has borrowed a leaf and shall be doing the same with his song.
